One of the biggest challenges in this project was keeping up with the rapid pace of construction while simultaneously developing and updating a detailed Revit model. The building process was already underway, which meant constant changes and real-time coordination were necessary. We worked under a very tight deadline to deliver construction details, often having to respond to on-site issues immediately. The client was focused on reducing costs and expected quick, practical solutions directly on site. What set this project apart was the sheer volume of unique details required—almost every section of the building had its own custom solution. Frequent model updates and last-minute design changes created additional pressure, requiring flexibility, speed, and close communication with all parties involved.
